Assembly of your Health Mate Infrared Sauna is quick and easy. Generally, it takes two people and about an hour to assemble the sauna. The only tools required is a screw driver for our restore series. All Health Mate infrared saunas are pre-wired, you just have to make the connections. We own our own factory which allows us to design and build the highest quality sauna on the market coupled with precise craftsmanship.
